Retail Returns & Exchanges Policy

At CARRISTON, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple, fair, and customer-friendly.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible retail items under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval

Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Final sale / clearance items

Customised or personalised items

Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or missing packaging

2. How to Return an Item

Follow these steps to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Step 1 — Contact Us

Include:

Full name

Order number

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return

Allow 24–48 hours for approval and instructions.

Step 2 — Repack Your Item

Return the item in its original packaging (or equivalent quality)

Ensure tags and accessories remain attached

Damaged or incomplete returns may be refused or subject to a reduced refund

Step 3 - Send the Parcel

Customers are responsible for return postage (unless faulty)

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service

Keep your tracking number until your return is processed

CARRISTON is not responsible for parcels lost due to untracked shipping.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days

Your bank or card provider may require extra time to post the refund

Non-Refundable

Original shipping fees

Any upgraded delivery services

4. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange retail items for:

✔ A different size
✔ A different colour
(Same product only)

Exchange Rules

Exchanges ship only after the returned item is received

If the item requested is unavailable, we will issue a refund

Exchanges are free for UK customers

International customers must return the item and place a new order

5. Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect:

6. Holiday Extended Returns (Optional)

If you want this feature added, I can adjust the dates for seasonal shopping periods.

7. Third-Party Purchases

Items purchased from independent retailers or stockists cannot be returned to CARRISTON directly.
Please contact the original store.
