Order Preparation

Wholesale orders require 1–2 working days to prepare, depending on order size and volume.

UK Wholesale Delivery

£9.50 per carton (calculated after checkout)

Mainland UK delivery: next working day after dispatch

Highlands and remote areas: 2–3 working days

Europe Wholesale Delivery

Shipping cost calculated per carton or per order

Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days

Buyer is responsible for customs duties, import VAT, and clearance fees unless otherwise agreed

Worldwide Wholesale Delivery

From £30 per carton, or custom shipping quotations for large orders

Estimated delivery: 5–14 working days

Customs checks may extend delivery time

Tracking details will be emailed once your wholesale order has been dispatched.

Delays or Missing Shipments

If your wholesale shipment has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

UK: contact us after 2 working days

Europe: contact us after 5 working days

International: contact us after 10 working days

Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or refusal by the receiver, the customer is responsible for return and re-delivery charges.
